Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and implement activity programs that meet the physical, mental and psychosocial needs of residents in our community.

You will coordinate volunteers, manage group and individual activities, and ensure documentation and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and implement activities addressing residents' physical, mental and psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate volunteers and community involvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Regular attendance and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to supervisor or Executive Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Schedule and implement activities for groups and individuals, meeting residents' needs.
• Maintain documentation as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Assist in input on Minimum Data Set and plan of care updates.
• Coordinate staff functions and plan activities to boost morale.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including infection control and fire safety.
• Support restorative programs to enhance residents' well-being.
