Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree preferred
Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/Life Enrichment preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs on a monthly basis.
Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
Provide group educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and wellness.
Lead daily resident activities per Community standards.
Prepare and distribute monthly calendars according to Community standards.
Plan and execute diverse programs for a diverse resident population including various memory care needs.
