Job summary

The Stratford in Carmel, IN is seeking a Life Enrichment Leader (Activities Assistant) to design, market, and lead spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programs tailored to diverse residents in independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing settings.

You will collaborate with staff, families, and partners to create engaging activities, monitor participation, and promote well-being. CPR/AED certification and activities certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate activity programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in diverse life enrichment opportunities through formal activities.
• Plan and facilitate programs aligned with residents’ interests and needs.
• Update a diverse calendar of programming and adjust as needed.
• Foster partnerships with local groups to bring external talents and volunteers.
• Create and distribute communications to promote programs and share updates.
