Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an Activities Director to lead and implement Life Enrichment programs that bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents. You will organize activities that meet resident needs and align with Trilogy’s high standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, creative program planning, and a deep commitment to improving seniors’ lives. You will oversee staff, promote events, and manage a volunteer program to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Activities Director role.
• Possession of CTRS, ADC, ACC, or CDP credentials is preferred.
• Must be 25 years or older and able to pass an MVR check to provide transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee Life Enrichment programs aligning with resident needs and Trilogy standards.
• Manage staff schedules and support Life Enrichment Associates to meet resident needs.
• Evaluate services via feedback and surveys to drive improvements.
• Respond to resident concerns within 24–48 hours to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote events through newsletters and social media to keep families informed.
• Lead volunteer program: recruit, screen, train, supervise, and recognize volunteers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation
