Arbors at Delaware is seeking a Certified Activities Director to lead and evaluate activity therapy programs for a diverse resident population. You will perform comprehensive assessments, design individualized plans, organize engaging activities, and collaborate with rehab and social services teams to enhance resident well‑being.

Responsibilities include managing a budget, coordinating speakers and trips, supervising activity staff, and ensuring compliant documentation and quality measures.

Qualificações

• Performs comprehensive assessment for each resident.
• Develops individualized activity programs based on assessment.
• Completes MDS, RAPS timely and documents responses.
• Works with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident well-being.
• Manages budget for equipment and supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains activity programs aligned with resident interests.
• Arranges speakers, trips, and community volunteers.
• Supervises Resident Activity Assistants.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation and social services teams.
• Ensures complete resident activity documentation and program efficacy.
