Arbors at Delaware is seeking a Certified Activities Director to lead activity therapy programs across a resident population. You will assess residents, develop meaningful activities, and coordinate within an interdisciplinary team to promote wellness and engagement.

Responsibilities include documenting care plans, managing budgets for equipment, and coordinating speakers or volunteers while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality indicators are met.

Qualifications

• Education credentials listed include a BS in Recreation Therapy or related field.
• Certification as Activity Director (NCCAP or state) is required.
