Job summary

Hayden Grove St. Anthony is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead engaging programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

You’ll design monthly calendars, supervise a team, and partner with nursing leadership to keep activities meaningful for all residents while leveraging the TSO Life Engagement platform. You’ll recruit volunteers, manage a budget, coordinate transportation and community partnerships, and drive the activity bus to bring joy and connection to every

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in activities or life enrichment in senior living.
• Degree in Gerontology, Human Services, or related field; Activity Director cert or equivalent.
• Creative, outgoing personality with passion for older adults.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience planning programs for residents with varying abilities.
• Willingness to learn and train others on the TSO Life Engagement platform.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive the activity bus for outings.
• Ability to prioritize safety, dignity and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging programs, events, outings, entertainment and celebrations.
• Supervise and mentor Life Enrichment team members.
• Develop monthly activity calendars for all resident groups.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Create new ideas through arts, music, fitness, education and partnerships.
• Partner with nursing leadership for memory care programming.
• Train staff to use the TSO Life Engagement platform.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and community partners.
• Coordinate resident outings, celebrations, and community excursions.
• Drive the community activity bus for events.
• Oversee newsletter and budget management.
• Ensure supervision and strong resident-family relationships.
