Great Lakes Management Co. is seeking a dynamic Life Enrichment Director for Hayden Grove St. Anthony in Saint Anthony, MN.

You will design and lead programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, guiding a dedicated team to create meaningful daily experiences for residents. The role emphasizes creativity, leadership, and collaboration with families, nursing leadership, and community partners, with a focus on resident engagement and program growth.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in activities or life enrichment in senior living or related care.
• Degree or certification in Gerontology, Human Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Social Services, or Activity Director credentials.
• Creative, outgoing personality with a passion for working with older adults.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and develop a team.
• Experience planning programs for diverse resident needs and cognitive levels.

Mansioni

• Design and lead engaging programs, events, outings, and celebrations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the Life Enrichment team.
• Develop monthly activity calendars for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Manage the Life Enrichment budget and coordinate transportation.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
