The Esther at Riverbend Assisted Living in Springfield, OR is seeking an enthusiastic Life Enrichment Assistant to support residents and run our enrichment program. The role includes coordinating activities, delivering engaging programming, and assisting with the monthly calendar.

A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with English fluency essential. This is a full-time position with opportunities for training and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for word processing.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist Life Enrichment Director in coordinating and conducting resident activities.
• Provide activity programming to enhance residents' lives in line with person-centered care.
• Evaluate residents' needs and preferences to tailor programming.
• Assist in creating monthly activity calendar and newsletter.
• May drive the community van for outings.
• Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect and dignity.
