Chancellor Health Care Inc's Fircrest Senior Living in McMinnville, OR is seeking a weekend Life Enrichment Assistant to join our memory care team. You will help deliver engaging activities that spark joy for residents and support our Life Enrichment Coordinator.

You’ll gather supplies, lead activities, assist with events, provide one-on-one socialization, decorate for holidays, and escort residents to meals, helping create a warm, respectful, and engaging daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Implements the comprehensive activity program for groups and individuals.
• Assists Life Enrichment Coordinator in decorating, party planning, and related duties.
• Gathers supplies, prepares for activities, leads activities, and cleans up.
• Provides one-on-one socialization to residents as needed.
• Decorates for and assists with special events and holidays.
• Develops and creates new activities, games, events, and lifelong learning opportunities.
• Assists in mealtime service including escorting residents to and from the dining room.
• Assists in planning and execution of large special events.

About the Role:

• Assists Life Enrichment Coordinator in developing and creating new and interesting activities, games, events, and lifelong learning opportunities.
• Assist in mealtime service including escorting Residents to and from the dining room.
• Assists in the planning and execution of large special events
