The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant for The Springs at Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, Oregon. This full-time, hourly role focuses on Memory Care residents, leading activities, building connections, and enhancing daily life through creative programs and community events.

You will collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director, plan activities, and ensure safety while delivering compassionate, engaging services that reflect The Springs Living values.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for Memory Care activities as required by state regulations.
• Warm, engaging approach and genuine interest in supporting older adults.

Responsabilités

• Lead scheduled activities to foster social connection and well-being.
• Prepare and share a monthly activity calendar with residents.
• Inform residents about daily activities via flyers and postings.
• Decorate the community for events and holidays.
• Coordinate with coworkers to plan and support activities and events.
• Safely operate community vehicles as needed.
