Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center, Woodland Hills, CA, is hiring an Activities Assistant to join our founding team. This full-time, onsite role supports the Life Enrichment Director and helps plan and run resident activities, events and outings for the community.

Qualifications

• Two to three years general office and clerical experience preferred.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and prepare announcements and notices.
• Data entry for activities, events, and trips.
• Set up theater, popcorn, and projector for events.
• Coordinate movie schedules and room bookings.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director and residents during activities.
