You will support calendar development, budgeting, and coordination with outside partners to deliver meaningful experiences.

The role emphasizes adaptability to resident needs, effective communication, and safe operation of activities, with opportunities to contribute to life enrichment components and to drive as needed.

• Experience planning and executing resident activities.
• Ability to adapt activities to resident needs and preferences.
• Ability to coordinate transportation and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation for events and drive company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
