Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities. You will help develop calendars, manage budgets, coordinate with external partners, and ensure activities align with resident preferences.

Responsibilities include setting up activities, transporting residents when needed, and communicating with staff to deliver high-quality enrichment experiences. A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license required
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, and creative activities may be preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordinating with outside organizations
• Set up and clean up activities, ensuring needs and preferences of residents are met
• Oversee specific life enrichment components as assigned (e.g., Memory Care)
• Coordinate transportation to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff; adhere to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
