Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to make a difference in residents' lives by planning and executing engaging activities. The role supports a holistic wellness approach and a vibrant activity program within our community.

You will coordinate calendars, budgets, and partner with outside organizations while ensuring activities align with resident preferences. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer: experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordinating with outside organizations.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to external events, including driving company vehicles when needed.
