Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss, fostering purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments.

You will lead activities, review resident profiles, coordinate volunteers, and ensure documentation meets quality standards, with a pay range of $17.00–$21.25 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs and Resident Profiles to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
