Covenant Living Communities and Services in Batavia, IL is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support activities for SNF, AL, and Residential Living. The role involves planning, leading, and assisting with a wide range of resident-centered programs, events, and transportation.

You will work with Life Enrichment staff to deliver engaging activities, monitor residents’ well-being, and help create a positive, inclusive community environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Entry Level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of life enrichment programs.
• Lead and participate in programs such as exercise, educational, arts and crafts and social events.
• Set up rooms and materials for events and assist in clean-up after events.
• Record attendance and monitor resident participation as needed.
• Transport residents to and from activities and accompany them on trips.
• Observe resident conditions and report changes to Life Enrichment staff.
