Job summary

Covenant Living of Geneva is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and oversee a full life enrichment and volunteer program for residents at Covenant Living Geneva, IL.

You will coordinate activities, educate staff on programming, and support off-campus events while ensuring programs align with Covenant Living standards and policies. This role requires strong communication and teamwork with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with senior adults.
• Experience designing and coordinating life enrichment activities.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement life enrichment programs at the campus.
• Develop and manage the campus volunteer program; recruit and schedule volunteers.
• Collaborate with resident services to plan social and recreational activities.
• Update on-campus communications and newsletters; maintain MyCov Life app.
• Escort and coordinate off-campus events and educational outings.
• Plan larger-scale events and coordinate with departments as needed.
