Covenant Living is seeking an entry-level Life Enrichment Aide to support ongoing activities and programs for residents in SNF, AL, and Residential Living. You will help plan and lead crafts, exercise, and social events, and assist with room setup and transportation for activities.

The role emphasizes creativity, strong communication, and the ability to observe resident well-being. Appreciation for teamwork and flexible hours is important.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Entry Level.
• Creativity and the ability to teach crafts and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of life enrichment programs.
• Assists in the set-up and decorating for special events and may assist with rooms and materials.
• Leads programs such as exercise, educational, arts and crafts and social events.
• Records attendance as necessary.
• Observes resident conditions and reports changes to Life Enrichment Coordinator.
• Transports residents to and from Activities programs and accompanies them on outside trips.
• Engages in one-on-one visits with healthcare residents.
