Legend Senior Living® in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will support calendar development, budgeting, community partnerships, and event setup, while delivering enriching experiences daily.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to transport residents in company vehicles, and a passion for senior activity planning and creative engagement. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Prefer: Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Potential oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care) as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation of residents to/from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
