Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities and to coordinate transportation to external events. Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs during shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinate with outside organizations and handle setup/cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of a life enrichment component as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation of residents to/from events, driving when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff and follow safety guidelines.
