Legend Senior Living in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant who will plan and execute engaging activities for residents, helping to create meaningful daily experiences and social connections.

The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, develops calendars, coordinates with outside organizations, and may oversee a specific enrichment component. A driver’s license and ability to transport residents are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care or a specific activity).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to/from outside events, including driving the company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
