StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to work with the Life Enrichment Director to implement programs that support residents' interests, purposes, and social needs. You will help residents engage in planned activities and ensure a welcoming, social environment.

In this role you will assist with programs, coordinate with families, and document participation. We value communication, outgoing personalities, and a collaborative spirit to enhance the residents' quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience; CNA preferred.
• Preferred Certified Nursing Assistant with 1-year experience.
• If applicable, chauffeur’s license and CDL when operating transportation vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Implements life enrichment programs with Life Enrichment Director.
• Honors residents' individual needs and communicates changes to the Director.
• Assists residents to/from programs and outings as scheduled.
• Maintains rapport with families and encourages involvement in activities.
• Assists residents during meals and social activities.
• Completes records of attendance and participation in activities.
• Provides input to assessments of residents’ participation when requested.
• Communicates concerns to immediate supervisor.
• Supports residents’ routines and preferences.
• Assists volunteers and volunteer programs per Life Enrichment Director.
• Assists with ADL needs during activities and meals.
• Participates in long-term care survey and accreditation processes.
