Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to support Life Enrichment programming and enhance residents' social engagement. You will work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to implement activities that align with residents' interests and needs.

Responsibilities include assisting residents to programs, coordinating with families, and helping during meals and events while maintaining accurate participation records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Preferred CNA certification; 1 year experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Outgoing personality and ability to engage residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Actively implements life enrichment programs for residents.
• Communicates residents' preferences and needs to Life Enrichment Director.
• Assists residents to and from programs and outings.
• Maintains rapport with families and supports their involvement.
• Assists with meals and snacks to encourage social interaction.
• Completes records of attendance and participation.
• Provides input to assessments of residents' participation.
