StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that support residents’ interests and social needs. You will help residents engage in planned activities, support their routines, and coordinate with families and volunteers to enhance quality of life within our community.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant – 1 year experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements life enrichment programs as planned to meet residents' interests and needs.
• Communicates residents' preferences and changes with the Life Enrichment Director.
• Assists residents to/from programs and outings.
• Maintains rapport with families and encourages involvement.
• Assists residents during meals and snacks to foster social interaction.
• Completes attendance records for activities.
• Provides input on residents' participation assessments when requested.
• Communicates concerns to supervisor.
• Supports residents' routines and preferences.
• Assists volunteers and volunteer programs as needed.
• Assists with ADL needs during activities (toileting, eating/drinking).
• Participates in long-term care survey and accreditation processes.
