Job summary

The Arbors of Gulf Breeze is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enrich residents' lives through engaging activities and community outings. This full-time, on-site role supports daily programming and excursions, including driving the company vehicle for resident activities.

You will work with the Life Enrichment Director to ensure compassionate, resident-centered experiences. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to understand senior citizen needs and interests.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Administers and assists in activity programming from inception to execution.
• Chauffer the residents in the company vehicle for scheduled activities and church runs.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and special events.
• Will participate in and support the resident-centered activity and life enrichment programs.
