Legend Senior Living® in Florida seeks a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities that enhance residents' well-being and daily joy. You will help develop activity calendars, coordinate with outside organizations, manage budgets, and provide safe transportation for events.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be age 25 or older for insurance eligibility.
• Ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Preferred: experience with seniors, event planning or lesson planning.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar, budgeting, and coordination.
• Ensure activities meet resident needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of a life enrichment component as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation to external events, including driving when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Skills
