Job summary

The Arbors of Gulf Breeze, operated by Grace Management, Inc., is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support engaging activities and resident-centered programming within a warm, family-style community in Gulf Breeze. This role includes operating the company vehicle for excursions and delivering enjoyable experiences for residents.

Required are a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to understand senior citizen needs and interests.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Administers / Assists in activity programming from inception to execution.
• Confidential documentation of identified resident needs and/or problems.
• Document resident participation.
• Communicate with Life Enrichment Director resident feedback.
• Chauffer the residents in the company vehicle for scheduled activities and church runs.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and special events.
• Will participate in and support the resident-centered activity and life enrichment programs.
