Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities. You will help create meaningful daily experiences as part of our Life Enrichment team.

You’ll coordinate events, manage calendars, and work with residents to tailor programs while ensuring safety and policies are followed. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinate with outside organizations and manage setup/cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences; oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned.
• Transport residents to events and drive company vehicle when needed.
