Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Production Support Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery for ALIP production services across multiple client accounts. You will ensure service quality, optimize delivery efficiency, and identify opportunities for expansion through up-selling or cross-selling while guiding teams and stakeholders.

The role requires seasoned delivery management expertise, strong advisory skills, and the ability to influence at the executive level, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Delivery Lead role across multiple accounts or clients.
• Experience conceiving and implementing best-practices for incident management.
• Minimum 3 years in resource and financial management (forecasting, tracking, reporting).
• Experience managing client and executive level stakeholders (reporting, communications).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals and customer expectations.
• Maintain production volumetrics and SLA/KPI performance data for executives and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize efficiency, resource use, and remediation SLAs.
• Mentor and support team members to elevate performance.
• Support RFI, pre-sales, and contract negotiations.
• Lead production support transformation, automation, and AI initiatives.
