Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ALIP Production Support Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple insurance clients. You will manage delivery outcomes, balance resources, and identify opportunities for growth through up-selling or cross-selling.

The role requires deep expert knowledge of account delivery and strong advisory skills. You will mentor teams, coordinate across Production Support, IO, and DevOps, and lead improvements in incident management, SLAs, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Delivery Lead role across multiple accounts
• Proven incident management across AO/IO towers
• 3+ years in resource and financial management (forecasting, tracking, reporting)
• 3+ years in client and executive stakeholder management (reporting, communication)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and improve service quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals
• Maintain production volumetrics and SLA compliance for executives and clients
• Drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency and remediation SLAs
• Mentor team members to elevate performance and growth
• Support RFI, pre-sales, and contract negotiations including renewals
• Lead production support transformation, automation, and AI adoption
• Coordinate between Production Support, IO and DevOps groups
• Serve as initial point of contact for production clients
• Manage vendor compliance responses and security breach inquiries
