Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on data delivery lead with deep Life Insurance and Annuities experience to guide ALIP staging, mapping, and reporting enablement. You will lead client workshops, translate requirements into mappings, and ensure scalable delivery across programs in our Chicago area office.

You will partner with clients and delivery teams to analyze data, design source-to-target mappings, support deployments, and drive data quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience.
• 7+ years in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, or Data Delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead ALIP staging and data capabilities for client projects.
• Translate business requirements into mapping specifications and data solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and architecture reviews.
• Support data migration, reporting initiatives and downstream integrations.
