Accenture in Austin, TX seeks an ALIP Production Support Lead to guide end-to-end delivery across multiple client accounts. You will ensure service quality, manage delivery outcomes, and identify cross-selling opportunities while engaging with cross-functional teams.

The role requires mastery in Account Delivery Management, strong advisory skills, and capability to influence senior stakeholders. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in a Delivery Lead role across multiple accounts.
• Experience creating best practices for incident management in AO/IO towers.
• 3+ years in resource and financial management (forecasting, tracking, reporting).
• 3+ years in client and executive stakeholder management (reporting, communication).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to improve delivery processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Maintain production metrics like MTTR, response time and SLA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and remediation SLAs.
• Mentor team members to elevate performance and growth.
• Support RFI, pre-sales, and contract negotiations.
• Lead production support transformations, automation and AI adoption.
