Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ALIP Production Support Lead to guide end-to-end delivery across multiple insurance clients, focusing on service quality, efficiency, and strategic improvements. The role requires strong leadership, expert delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and executive teams.

You will drive incident management, support pre-sales activities, and oversee production support transformations including automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience in a Delivery Lead role across multiple accounts and production support.
• Experience conceiving and enforcing best practices for incident management in AO/IO towers.
• 3+ years in forecasting, tracking and reporting of finances and resources.
• 3+ years managing client and executive level stakeholders (reporting and communication).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals.
• Maintain production volumetrics and SLA compliance for executives and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and remediation SLAs.
• Mentor team members and support professional growth.
• Support RFI, Pre-Sales and opportunities including contract management.
• Lead Production Support transformation, automation, and AI initiatives adoption.
• Oversee operations across clients with decision making and prioritization.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and client relationships including executive communications.
• Coordinate between Production Support, IO and DevOps; act as initial client contact.
