Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Life and Annuity Manager to lead complex initiatives across life insurance and annuities. You will drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, managing scope, timelines, risks, and communications to align with business goals.

Experience with TPA operating models, system integrations, platform upgrades, and AI initiatives is highly valued. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5–10 years of technology project management experience.
• Agile/Scrum or PMI certification preferred.
• Delivery management in life insurance/annuity projects experience.
• Experience with TPA operations, platform upgrades and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan life and annuity projects: scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Guide requirements and design using domain knowledge of products.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors; manage status updates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management and quality.
• Monitor budgets, drive cost-efficient delivery and change control.
• Lead AI initiatives integrated with LifePRO, LDS, portals and ops.
