• Drives end-to-end product delivery across major product lines.
• Manages and develops product implementation teams and culture.
• Owns illustrations and statements capability, vendor relationships and content quality.
• Delivers executive-level updates on delivery status, risk, and scope decisions.
• Leverages AI tools to improve processes.
• Leads a 25-35 person product implementation organization and drives operational excellence.
