Job summary

Accenture is hiring a senior data architecture leader to own the long-term data vision for ALIP and related platforms. You will establish enterprise standards, govern data initiatives, and drive the ALIP roadmap, ensuring scalable, integrable data structures for reporting and analytics.

You will guide client implementations, map data to downstream systems, and develop reusable frameworks to accelerate deployment across Life Insurance data ecosystems. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture
• 6+ years designing enterprise data models and large-scale data platforms
• 5+ years with data warehouses, reporting platforms, operational data stores, and integration architectures
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term data architecture vision across ALIP-related platforms and reporting solutions
• Establish enterprise data architecture standards, governance models and review practices
• Own the strategic roadmap for ALIP and ALIP Staging as core product capabilities
• Define enhancements to simplify downstream data consumption for reporting, analytics, and integrations
• Serve as primary ALIP data architecture advisor for client implementations and pursuits
• Map ALIP data structures to downstream applications and enterprise data platforms
• Create reusable mapping frameworks, reference architectures and accelerators
• Identify recurring client data challenges and translate them into roadmap improvements
• Lead evolution toward event-driven, CDC-based, streaming and real-time consumption models
• Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and client teams to improve scalability and adoption
