Job summary

Allianz Life is hiring an Execution expert to own end-to-end product delivery for major product lines within a life/annuity insurance context. You will lead product implementation, a knowledge center, and program management from concept to launch, coordinating with internal and external partners and reporting to the Chief Actuary.

The role focuses on establishing scalable delivery processes, ownership clarity, risk mitigation, and executive-level updates.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in life or annuity insurance product delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products and operational processes.
• Experience leading programs and building delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end product delivery across major product lines and leads cross-functional program execution.
• Manages product implementation teams and builds a strong team culture.
• Illustrations and Statements capability owner with vendor relationships and quality control.
• Prepares executive communications on delivery status, risk, and scope decisions.
• Leverages AI tools to improve process engineering and delivery.
• Leads a 25-35 person product implementation organization and drives excellence.
