BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Attorney in Irvine, CA, with expertise in personal injury liens and medical case management. The role centers on maximizing client recoveries post-settlement through strategic negotiation and effective client advocacy without the demands of active litigation.

You will lead Liens Negotiators and Assistants, negotiate with medical providers and insurers, and resolve outstanding liens while staying current on lien laws and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury or healthcare lien resolution.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury liens and related processes.
• Preferred knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes.

Duties

• Stay informed of lien laws, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of personal injury liens.


• 5+ years of experience in personal injury or healthcare lien resolution.

• California Bar license preferred, not required.


• Experience with governmental and private insurance lien resolution.


• Preferred experience in a plaintiff's law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California preferred.
