Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Delray Beach, FL to support customers purchasing roofing, siding and window products. You will identify customers' needs, recommend solutions, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in roofing, siding or window sales, excellent communication, and a team player mindset. Basic computer skills and a positive attitude are required; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders; coordinate with warehouse for pickups/deliveries.
• Address and resolve service concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
