Avrek Law Firm is seeking a Lien Negotiator/Analyst to join our Medical Negotiations team in Arizona. The role focuses on finalizing cases by negotiating post-settlement liens, including health insurance, hospital, and private provider liens, to maximize client recoveries.

The ideal candidate has a background in medical billing and personal injury processes, with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Review and negotiate medical liens and outstanding bills in personal injury cases.
• Negotiate with healthcare providers, insurers, and lien holders to reduce debts.
• Ensure medical billings are tracked accurately and documented.
