Job summary

The Husband & Wife Law Team in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Lien Negotiator Attorney to lead disbursement negotiations for settlement funds. You will direct reductions with medical providers, hospitals, and insurers, and supervise a team of specialists to maximize client recoveries.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, 5+ years in personal injury lien resolution, and at least 2 years of managerial experience.

Qualifications

• JD required and active license in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years in personal injury law with lien resolution experience.
• 2+ years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with medical lienholders, providers, and insurers.
• Mentor paralegals, lien reduction specialists, and attorneys.
• Draft and review negotiation letters and conduct verbal negotiations.
• Improve workflow efficiency and turnaround times.
