Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid and private health insurance lien processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and client files to identify all bills and liens.
• Compile and tabulate client costs, medical bills and fees.
• Report statutory liens including Medi-Cal, Medicare and private insurance.
• Communicate with providers to confirm lien amounts and negotiate liens.
• Maintain detailed records of negotiations and agreements.
