The Husband & Wife Law Team in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Lien Negotiator Attorney to manage disbursements in a high-volume personal injury practice. You will lead a team of reduction specialists, negotiate reductions with medical providers, hospitals and insurers (including Medicare, Medicaid and ERISA), and draft negotiation letters to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

• JD required and active license in good standing.
• 5+ years in personal injury law with lien resolution experience.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in legal/financial operations.
• Proven negotiation skills, written and verbal, with medical providers and lien holders.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and hospital lien laws.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of reduction specialists in negotiations with medical providers, hospitals, insurers and lien administrators.
• Draft formal negotiation letters and conduct verbal negotiations by phone when needed.
• Mentor paralegals, lien reduction specialists, and attorneys; supervise staff.
• Lead initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and turnaround time in disbursement processes.
