Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Lead Restoration & Mitigation Technician in Rochester, MN to lead water, fire, and smoke remediation projects on residential and commercial properties. You will manage daily jobsite operations, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure work meets IICRC standards.

This role offers stability, overtime potential, and opportunities for advancement within a nationally recognized restoration firm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability for emergency response and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead water damage restoration, fire and smoke mitigation, and related remediation projects
• Direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors
• Perform and verify moisture inspections, moisture mapping, and psychrometric calculations
• Determine appropriate drying, cleaning, containment, and deodorization strategies in coordination with Project Management
• Set up, monitor, and adjust drying, filtration, and air scrubber equipment
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs
• Document moisture readings, equipment placement, job progress, and photos using restoration software
