Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team in Minnesota. You will perform expert water, mold, and fire remediation, communicate professionally with customers, and ensure meticulous documentation. The role offers paid training, certifications, and opportunities to advance within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in restoration, are hands-on, and eager to grow. A high school diploma or GED is required; IICRC certifications are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in water/mold/fire restoration (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication and willingness to lead by example.
• High school diploma or GED; IICRC certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform expert-level water, mold, and fire remediation and related cleaning.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Be open to cross-training in carpet cleaning services and lead by example.
