Service Restoration Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Mitigation Crew Lead to join our first-response team. You will oversee manual labor, coordinate field operations, and ensure safety and quality while mitigating damage for clients experiencing water, fire, or mold incidents.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration and water mitigation, IICRC certification, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to undergo background checks. Overtime and weekend availability are common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restoration experience.
• Experience in Water Mitigation: 3 Years (Required)
• IICRC Certification (WRT or equivalent) required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check
• Plumbing experience or knowledge helpful

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobs from start to finish and lead onsite crews.
• Set up and take down equipment for mitigation projects.
• Take photos of job sites and document progress.
• Take moisture measurements and record results.
• Record details in industry apps/software.
• Lead technicians on site and ensure procedures and safety compliance.
