Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a part-time LIDDA Connect Administrator to manage the LIDDA Connect SharePoint site, oversee user permissions, and coordinate with 39 Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authorities. The role emphasizes data workflows, reporting, and training for internal staff and partners.

The position involves advanced systems analysis, collaboration with MCOs, and ensuring data integrity and compliance across HHSC systems.

Qualifications

Associate degree in technology or two years of direct tech field experience required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology field preferred.
Experience with SharePoint and data analysis tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

System maintenance for LIDDA Connect and 39 LIDDAs; manage user permissions and document processes.
Serve as primary liaison between HHSC and LIDDAs; provide training and coordinate resolutions.
Design, implement, and maintain data workflows and reports for internal/external audiences.
Ensure data integrity, audits, and compliance across systems and users.
Train staff and develop technical documents and reports as needed.
