Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Austin seeks a Community Services Team Manager to lead the Community Services team within DAP Analytics & Performance. Qualifications

• A minimum of four years college level education or graduation from an accredited college or university in social and behavioral sciences, natural sciences, or related field.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred. Four or more years work experience preferred with collection, analyses, and/or dissemination of Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, or TANF data.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and implementation of program goals, standards, and metrics to improve reporting and analyses.
• Ensures data dissemination complies with guidelines and provides guidance on new methods and procedures.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and responds to information requests from executives and stakeholders.
