Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in the field of business, finance, data management, information management, or another related field is preferred.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and producing program performance reports.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and report program data from the statewide information management system.
• Validate data for federal and state reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain tools, forms, and processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Provide technical training and guidance to staff and partners on IMS usage.
• Coordinate user access provisioning and ensure data security controls.
